Valleys in the Bible have so much depth and importance in the Bible. It is so much more important than just a geographical location. Valleys through scripture shows tests of faith and deepens our relationship with the One who promised to be in the valley with us. The Essence of the Gospel is the King of Kings descending from His heavenly throne, stooping not just to the plains but to the valleys, living among us to reconcile us back to right relationship with God. Valleys are apart of our way of living (Deut 11:11). In The 818, Valleys are where battles are fought and we have to trust in God’s Sovereignty for victory (1 Sam 17:19). Valleys also through scripture show fertility, and bountifulness through its depth (Ps. 65:13; Num 13:23-24). Valleys bring rain for harvesting (Deut. 8:7; Num 13:23) and Reminds us of past victories God has done in our lives (1 Sam 21:9). Our God Gives Comfort and Protection in a valley (Ps 23:4). We learn how to handle attacks and opposition in the valley ( Judg 1:19; Judge 1:34; Judg. 16:4). Valleys remind us Our God is Provident in all locations even in the lowest places (1 kings 20:28). Valleys can bring Restoration to Life (Ez 37:1). God Speaks to us when we decide to go to the valley (Ez 3:22). Through scripture we see supernatural provision in the valley (2 Kings 3:16-17). The valley cultivates Grit for sustained welfare (gen 26:17-22; Neh 3:22 nasb). Jesus is in the valley (Song. 2:1; Lk 3:4-6). As we are located in a Valley In the 818, we want people to have the right view in the Valley.
